Tormore – Timeless Speyside Single Malt (43%)

Tormore Timeless is a Speyside single malt bottled at 43%. It matured mainly in first-fill and refill bourbon casks, which bring out a sweet vanilla character, with only a touch of sherry cask maturation added to firm up the texture in the mouth and give a long finish. The character is fruity, with peaches and pears, a note of citrus and a subtle floral hint of honeysuckle that stays throughout.
