This is a blended Japanese whisky from Tottori Prefecture, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. The Bourbon in its name refers to the casks it was aged in.
It matures in ex-bourbon casks, which give it a sweet, vanilla-led character.
The nose is honeyed, with toasted nuts. On the palate there is creamy toffee and a little smoke, and the finish carries oak spice.
