The fruit is grown on the family farm of the company's founders, a multi-generational cherry farming family living in the region known as the Cherry Capital of the World. The aim is a whiskey with a hint of cherry, rather than a cherry drink with a touch of whiskey, which sets it apart from most cherry whiskies.
