This is a 12-year-old Tullibardine, a Highland single malt from Perthshire, bottled by Cadenhead's as part of its Original Collection. It comes in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in Palo Cortado sherry casks, a style said to join the nutty richness of Oloroso with the lift of Amontillado. The cask brings toasted nuts, dried fruit and warm spice, while the distillery's gentle malt sweetness stays at the centre.
