This is a 15 year old Highland single malt from Tullibardine, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled after the distillery reopened in 2003 and matured in first-fill bourbon casks in warehouses at the foot of the Ochil Hills.
The nose has dried hay and parma violets, with baked apple, cloves and vanilla ice-cream. On the palate come freshly baked scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream, alongside delicate spices. The finish is subtly nutty.
