A 17 year old Highland single malt from Tullibardine, distilled in 2008 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in its Connoisseurs Choice range. It comes from a single bourbon barrel and is bottled at a cask strength of 58.2% in a 70cl bottle.
The Connoisseurs Choice series is built around independently bottled individual casks, chosen to show the character of the distillery and the influence of the wood. Tullibardine stands in Blackford, and in its earlier years it produced a light, nutty malt, before a change in spirit run brought more floral notes to the fore.
