Tullibardine – 2007/2019 Signatory Vintage (70cl, 46%)

This is a Tullibardine single malt from Highland Scotland, bottled by Signatory Vintage at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and free of added colouring. The whisky was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2019. It comes from two ex-bourbon casks, numbers 800109 and 800110, which were married for this release. The nose brings together grain, toasted nuts, vanilla, orange, chocolate and molasses. On the palate come citrus fruits, honey, oak, black pepper and pastry. The finish carries marmalade, bitter citrus peel, syrup and more pastry.
