Tullibardine – 2014 Single Cask The Stillman's 8 Year Old (70cl, 56.9%)

This is an eight-year-old single cask Tullibardine, distilled in 2014 and bottled for The Stillman's 2022 collection. It is offered at cask strength, without dilution, colouring or filtration, in a 70cl bottle at 56.9% ABV. The whisky matured in a red wine barrique, and the outturn was 214 bottles. The nose is typically described as wine jelly, warm sugar, vanilla cream and ripe red grapes. On the palate come dry fruit, strong barrique influence, rosé wine, grapefruit, ripe apricot, sour grape and yellow raspberry. The finish brings raspberry, pomelo and grape sugar.
