Tullibardine 228 is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It takes its name from the 228 litre casks used for the finish.
Those Burgundy casks previously held pinot noir wine from Château de Chassagne Montrachet.
The nose offers cherry, vanilla, chocolate and Turkish delight. The palate is soft, with summer red fruits and more chocolate. The finish is medium in length and lightly spiced.
