Tullibardine Sovereign is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, matured entirely in first fill bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle and is non-chill-filtered.
Tullibardine is an independent distillery in Blackford, at the gateway to the Highlands, and the bourbon casks give this malt a soft, creamy profile.
The nose is vanilla cream and malt biscuits with a touch of citrus. The palate is smooth and rounded, with toffee, honeyed oats and white chocolate. The finish is clean, gentle and buttery, with soft spice and toasted oak.
