Turntable Spirits x Dingle Distillery Collaboration Drop 02 is a blend of Irish and Scotch whisky, released in 2024 in a limited run of approximately 1,800 bottles. It is bottled at 52% ABV.
The blend joins Dingle Single Pot Still matured in Oloroso hogsheads with Scotch whiskies from Balmenach, Blair Athol and Loch Lomond, aged in PX sherry, ex-rye and first-fill bourbon casks.
The nose offers chocolate-covered raisins and dried fruit, then cigar-box spice and nuts. On the palate come marzipan, nutmeg and citrus alongside chocolate and warming spice. The finish is rounded, with dried fruit, nuttiness, citrus and spice.
