Turntable Track 10 "Brown Sugar" Blended Whisky

Track 10, "Brown Sugar", is a blended whisky from Turntable Spirits that brings together liquid from five distilleries: Ledaig, Tamdhu, Tullibardine, Loch Lomond and Strathclyde. Ledaig, aged in a sherry puncheon, supplies all the peat. Tamdhu and the two grain and malt components from Loch Lomond and Strathclyde come from first fill bourbon barrels, while Tullibardine was aged in virgin oak. The blend was married and finished for 20 months in Moscatel barrels. It was bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. It is described as balancing sooty smoke and oily engine-room character with creamy peaches and ripe nectarines. Coastal brine and tobacco come from the Ledaig, toasted oak and cinnamon biscuits from the Tamdhu, and pear and lemon tart from the Tullibardine.
