Two Stacks Double Barrel is a single grain Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 43%. The grain spirit is distilled mainly from corn in a column still, then matured first in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose has vanilla, honey and orchard fruit with oak spice and dried fruit. The palate brings caramel and butterscotch with vanilla cream, gentle spice, dried apricots and nutmeg. The finish is medium to long, sweet and warming, with a delicate dried fruit note.
