Two Stacks Fruit Drops Apple Brandy Cask Finish Irish Whiskey (70cl, 50%)

Two Stacks Fruit Drops is an Irish whiskey finished in apple brandy casks, in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV. It is a blend of five parts: 40% single grain from virgin oak, 40% single grain from bourbon casks, 8% pot still from oloso sherry casks, 10% double malt from bourbon casks and 2% peated malt from bourbon casks. The components are blended and then finished in apple brandy casks. The nose has fresh apple, tangy sherbet, warm spices and caramel. The palate is fruity, with apple, caramel, spice and oak. The finish is long, with apple, oak and spice.
