Two Stacks Single Malt Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Two Stacks Single Malt is an Irish whiskey blended from three styles of single malt: 10 per cent peated, 50 per cent triple distilled and 40 per cent double distilled. The blend is matured in both bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. It has a fruity, delicate character with a hint of nuttiness, and a deep golden colour with amber glints. The nose brings pear, green apple, vanilla, honey and a little citrus. The palate moves from a soft entry to sweet malt, caramel and ripe fruit, with wild blackberries, hazelnuts and toasted walnuts. The finish is medium to long, silky, sweet and spiced.
