Valdespino Inocente Fino

A traditional fino sherry from Jerez, made from Palomino Fino grown in the Macharnudo Alto vineyard. It is fermented in American oak casks with native yeasts, then aged for several years under flor in a criaderas and solera system. The nose shows fresh almond, leaven, dried flowers and saline minerality. The palate is dry, sharp and very pure, with real tension, and the finish is long, iodine-tinged and elegant.
