An Italian brandy from Vecchia Romagna, made from selected wines and aged for three years in three types of wood: oak, cherry and juniper.
It has a deeply amber colour with bright golden reflections. The aroma is intense, with vanilla, dried fruit, sweet spices and a light aromatic wood note. On the palate it is soft and velvety, with cooked fruit, caramel and chocolate, and a persistent finish with spices and a hint of tobacco.
It is presented in a box and is suited to being served neat after a meal, perhaps with dark chocolate or a chosen cigar.
