Vecchio Amaro del Capo (3L, 35%)

Vecchio Amaro del Capo is an Italian digestif produced by Distilleria Caffo in Calabria. It is distilled from an infusion of herbs, roots, flowers and local fruits, many gathered on the steep slopes of the Calabrian mountains. Ingredients include bitter orange, liquorice, chamomile, mint and anise. It is traditionally served cold, at around -20°C, and can be enjoyed neat after a meal or used as a base for cocktails. This 3 litre bottle is suited to sharing and gifting.
