Vermentino di Gallura DOC by Piero Mancini is a white wine made from Vermentino grapes grown in the rocky, sunlit lands of Gallura in Sardinia. It is straw yellow with greenish reflections.
The nose shows green apple, white peach, citrus, broom, hawthorn and mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh and well structured, with balanced acidity and softness, a full and persistent taste, and pleasant sapidity. It is ideal as an aperitif and with fish, seafood, shellfish and vegetable pasta dishes.
