The flavour is led by rye. The nose has caramel, rye grain, toasted oak, a light peppermint note, anise seed and citrus, with earthy, grassy and herbal tones. The palate brings rye spice, strong pepper, caramel sweetness, cinnamon, baking spices, dried apricot and orange zest. The finish is rich, oily and spicy, with rye and pepper lingering.
