Villa Raiano Orano Campania Rosato IGT

A rosé wine from Campania, made by direct pressing of whole bunches, giving it a delicate pink colour. After fermentation it ages for at least four months in stainless steel tanks and is bottled the following spring to preserve freshness and fragrance. It shows a refined pale pink with light strawberry hues. The nose brings lively small red fruits such as wild strawberries, pomegranate and raspberry, with floral notes and a subtle spice. The palate is fresh, harmonious and balanced, with pleasant softness offsetting the natural acidity. It suits an aperitif and pairs well with raw fish, fried seafood and Mediterranean dishes.
