Viñas de Oro Pisco Negra Criolla is a pisco puro from Bodegas Viñas de Oro in El Carmen, Chincha, Ica, Peru. It is made from 100% Negra Criolla, a non-aromatic grape grown on the Brescia family's 800-hectare estate, and distilled once in copper alembic stills.
The spirit rests 10 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling, with no barrel ageing, and is soft and rounded. The aroma is sweet and fruity, with ripe lucuma and chocolate. The palate is balanced, round and dry, with persistent dried and toasty fruit.
