The High Priestess is a single malt from Wakatsuru Saburomaru, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, acacia honey and a little vanilla, with white pepper, citrus peel and a shadow of delicate smoke. The palate is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a return to sweet, toasted notes.
The finish is clean rather than very long, warm, with citrus coming back at the end.
