This is a 20 year old single malt from Wakatsuru Shuzou in Toyama, Japan, made entirely at the distillery. The distillery received its licence to distil whisky in 1953 and has produced small amounts of whisky on and off since.
It is the second release of Sun Shine, launched on 5 April 2013 in a run of 500 bottles, and it was bottled on 22 April 2013. The whisky comes in a porcelain bottle with a wooden box.
It has an amber colour and a rich bouquet.
