Waterford Ballykilcavan Edition 1.2 is a four-year-old Irish single malt whiskey distilled in 2016. Made entirely with Taberna barley grown west of the Barrow in County Laois, it matured in French and American oak casks. This limited edition is non-chill-filtered and comes in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV. Dried fruit, vanilla and a little spice introduce a smooth palate of caramel, toasted oak and gentle peat. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness and spice.
