Waterford Ballymorgan Edition 1.2 is the second release in the Ballymorgan series of single malt Irish whiskey, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The barley is Overture, grown by Robert Milne on Ballymorgan farm in County Wexford. The spirit was fermented for 120 hours, distilled slowly and matured in American and French oak barrels. The nose offers orange, mango and treacle. On the palate come cinnamon, nutmeg and fresh malt, followed by a smooth, lingering finish.
