Heritage Hunter is an Irish single malt from Waterford, in a 70cl bottle. It is made with barley grown on small plots and matured in oak casks, some of which previously held bourbon and sherry.
The nose is fragrant, with cereal, ripe melon and an elegant touch of spice. On the palate it is rounded, with honey sweetness, vanilla and a slight earthy note recalling damp undergrowth.
