Waterford Peated Ballybannon is a peated Irish whisky from the Waterford distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured to bring out the peat character without letting it overwhelm. The nose combines vanilla and spice with smoke, burnt wood, fine ash and herbal touches. On the palate, dried fruit and honey sit within a long, warm finish.
