Waterford Peated Woodbrook is a peated Irish single malt from Waterford, made from peated malted barley and sold in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in selected oak casks and pairs with smoked meats or aged cheeses. Vanilla and light spice come through from the oak. On the palate there is malty sweetness, warm caramel and a firm smoke, with mineral touches and a note of freshness.
