Waterford Pique-Nique is a Micro Cuvée single malt Irish whisky made from six distinct Single Farm Origins. It is a limited edition, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured mainly in French oak and sweet Vin Doux Naturel casks, and it is non-chill-filtered. Heavy wood notes are kept in the background in favour of fruit. It is described as having a summer pudding character, bright and berry-forward in its sweetness.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
