Sheestown Edition 1.2 is a single malt Irish whiskey from Waterford, made with barley from a single farm, Sheestown in Kilkenny, grown by Phillip O'Brien. It was matured in French and American oak casks and bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The nose is cinnamon, black pepper and cooked pears. The palate brings malted barley, vanilla, apples and caraway. The finish is smooth and spicy.
