Waterford Single Farm Ballykilcavan is an Irish whisky made with barley grown on one farm only, Ballykilcavan in County Laois. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was distilled in copper stills and matured in a combination of American and French oak casks.
The nose offers ripe fruit and sweet spice, with a hint of vanilla and chocolate. The palate is rich and full, with malt, caramel, dried fruit and a faint trace of peat. The finish is long and spicy, with an earthy note.
