Waterford Single Farm Ballymorgan is an Irish single malt bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The barley is grown only on the Ballymorgan farm in County Wexford, an approach that puts the origin of the ingredients first.
Malt, vanilla and dried fruit appear on the nose and carry through to the palate, wrapped in a fine thread of sweet spice. The finish is lasting.
