Single Farm Broomlands 1.1 is a single malt from Waterford in Ireland, made with barley grown by sustainable methods and traced with close care. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The name Broomlands refers to the rich, fertile land where the barley is grown. The whisky is matured in selected casks and shows toasted cereal, light citrus and a subtle maltiness. The palate is harmonious and soft, with a lightly spiced, lingering finish.
