Waterford Single Farm Sheestown is an Irish single malt made only from barley grown on one farm at Sheestown, in County Kilkenny, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in a combination of virgin American oak, ex-bourbon and French wine casks. The nose has sweet malt, ripe fruit and a little vanilla. The palate is soft and round, leading to a long finish of sweet spice and a hint of roasted wood.
