Waterford – The Arcadian Organic Gaia (70cl)

Waterford The Arcadian Organic Gaia is an Irish whisky in a 70cl bottle, made only from organically grown cereals that are certified free of pesticides and synthetic chemicals. It follows Waterford's terroir-driven approach, which looks to capture the link between soil, climate and the grain of each farm that supplies the distillery. The nose is sweet malt, toffee and a little dried fruit. The palate is soft but robust, with fresh citrus, vanilla and sweet spice, and the finish is lightly smoky.
