Waterproof Blended Malt Scotch (1L, 45.8%)

Waterproof is a blended malt Scotch whisky, made entirely from malt whisky from a handful of distilleries and bottled at 45.8% in a one-litre bottle. It is bottled in batches. Alongside traditional oak, a good number of sherry casks go into the blend, giving a sherry-influenced character without making it a sherry bomb. The youngest and oldest whiskies in the bottle sit well apart in age, the oldest being a little older than a standard 12-year-old malt. The colour is a warm yellow. It is described as fruit-sweet, sherry-influenced, complex, balanced and long-lasting.
