A triple distilled Irish single malt from Cork Distillers, matured in sherry casks and finished in bog oak charred casks. Bog oak is wood that has lain underground in peat fields.
The nose is strong, with charred wood, spice, leather and mint alongside a good deal of fruit. The palate is very spicy and well peppered, with malt and honey. The finish brings passion fruit, mint and pepper.
