Westland – American Oak Single Malt Whiskey (70cl)

Westland American Oak is the signature release from the Seattle distillery, an American single malt made with locally grown Washington barley. It is matured in new American oak barrels, and takes its approach from traditional Scotch-making methods. The nose is rich and creamy, with chocolate custard, toasted almond and fresh banana. The palate opens on silky fruit custard and Rainier cherries, then melting Swiss chocolate and subtle almond appear after a few minutes. The finish brings bananas and cream, Turkish coffee and soft oak spice.
