Westland – American Single Malt 'American Oak'

Westland American Oak is an American single malt distilled in Seattle from 100% malted barley, 90% of it sourced from Washington State. The mash uses five malts: Munich, extra exceptional, brown, pale chocolate and Washington Select pale malt. A strain of Belgian brewer's yeast is used for fermentation. The whiskey was matured for a minimum of 36 months in Cooper's Select new American oak, Cooper's Reserve new American oak and first-fill ex-bourbon barrels.
