Westland Garryana is an American single malt in a 75cl bottle, made with Belgian brewer's yeast. It combines five kinds of cask: ex-rye and ex-bourbon at 29% each, Garry oak at 19%, PX hogshead at 16% and refill Garry oak at 7%. Maturation times range from 44 to 75 months, and 3,750 bottles were filled.
The nose brings custard, blackberry syrup and dulce de leche, with a slightly savoury edge. On the palate come dried blueberries, fudgesicle, fresh oak and grilled plum.
