Garryana is an American single malt from Westland, bottled in a run of 3,750 bottles. It was fermented with Belgian brewer's yeast.
The whiskey is a vatting of several casks: ex-rye (29%), ex-bourbon (29%), Garry oak (19%), PX hogshead (16%) and refill Garry oak (7%).
The nose brings custard, blackberry syrup and dulce de leche, with a slightly savoury edge. On the palate there are dried blueberries, fudgesicle, fresh oak and grilled plum.
