Westland – Peated

Westland Peated is an American whiskey that takes a newer approach to peated malt. Rather than using peated malt alone, Westland adds non-peated malts, most of them grown locally in Washington State. The non-peated malts are used in a ratio that outweighs the peated malt. Each bottling includes the distillery's five-malt spirit, which brings a balance of malty notes to the peat.
