Westland Sherry Wood is an American single malt whiskey, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It pairs Westland's grain-forward house style with ex-sherry casks.
The casks held Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry for nearly a century. They were then reworked by Westland's coopers in Montilla, Spain, and put back to use for maturing whiskey.
