Westland Sherry Wood is an American single malt whiskey in a 70cl bottle. It spent two years in casks that once held Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry, alongside new American oak barrels.
The nose opens with nectar-soaked oats and raisin treats, followed by maple syrup over banana flapjacks. The palate brings sweet treats and baked goods that grow darker and richer with time, and the finish turns to stewed yellow fruit.
