Westland – Sherry Wood Single Malt (70cl, 46%)

Westland Sherry Wood is an American single malt made in Seattle from Pacific Northwest malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The sherry casks bring dried fruit, dark chocolate and honeyed sweetness, alongside a silky mouthfeel. The nose is raisins and milk chocolate. The palate offers honeyed pancakes and red fruits, and the finish is smooth with a note of cassis.
