Westland – Watchpost 8 Year Old American Blended Whiskey (75cl, 42.5%)

Watchpost is an 8-year-old American blended whiskey from Westland Distillery in Seattle, bottled at 42.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It combines Westland's five-malt single malt, matured in new oak and Pedro Ximénez casks, with MGP grain whiskey finished in ex-bourbon barrels. A portion of proceeds from each bottle goes to the Washington Trails Association. The nose is typically described as apricot, toasted biscuit, milk chocolate and cherry pie, while the palate brings lemon squares, vanilla and fudge.
