This is an American single malt from Westward, made in Portland, Oregon, from Pacific Northwest two-row barley. It is matured in new American oak barrels.
The brand draws on both American whiskey and craft beer traditions: the wash is fermented with American ale yeast and the spirit is double pot distilled. It is never chill filtered.
