Whiskey Row Shippingport Bourbon

Shippingport is a bourbon from Whiskey Row Distillers, blended from small-batch barrels in the manner of early American recipes. The barrels come from four or five different distilleries, so mash bills vary, though Whiskey Row barrels are always part of the blend. Corn, rye, wheat and malted barley feature, with rye usually the main secondary grain and wheat sometimes more prominent. Every batch is different, and the colour of the strip stamp depends on the batch number and the blend. It was aged in new charred oak barrels and is described as showing brown spice, smoke, leather and rye bread.
