WhiskyHeroes Phantom of the Clock Tower Tormore 15 Year Old (70cl, 57.3%)

This is a 15 year old single cask Tormore from Speyside, released by Brave New Spirits in its WhiskyHeroes series. It is bottled at 57.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with 232 bottles drawn from the cask. The name refers to the musical tower above the Tormore distillery, which rings every 15 minutes unless the staff have silenced it. The 15 years of age echo that interval, one for each minute between the bells. The whisky was aged in an ex-Bourbon cask and is described as suave and honeyed, with flavour that echoes across the palate.
